How to Use Your Kameo Profumati Diffuser Set

Kameo Profumati is about atmosphere that feels cinematic yet intimate. The aesthetic diffuser bottle is designed to live beautifully in your interior, while the fragrance unfolds through air and time.

What’s inside

Inside you will find an empty diffuser bottle and a sealed fragrance refill. The bottle is intentionally empty. The fragrance is in the refill and you add it when you are ready.

1. Setup and careful filling

  1. Place the bottle on a stable surface and protect the area with a tray or a paper towel.

  2. Open the refill carefully. Do not shake it and do not squeeze it.

  3. Tilt the refill and the bottle toward each other and bring the necks as close as possible.

  4. Pour slowly along the inside wall of the bottle so the liquid runs smoothly without splashing.

  5. Stop before the top and leave a small air gap. Do not fill to the rim.

  6. If any drops touch the outside, wipe them immediately.

  7. Insert the reeds and let them absorb the fragrance.

2. After filling the bottle

  1. Close the refill tightly with its cap.

  2. Store it upright in a dark, cool place, away from heat and direct sunlight.

3. Where to place the diffuser bottle with fragrance

  1. Keep the diffuser bottle away from direct sunlight, heaters, and strong airflow such as open windows or air conditioning.

  2. Use a tray or coaster under the diffuser bottle, especially on wood, stone, or lacquered surfaces.

  3. Keep the diffuser bottle away from textiles and delicate materials.

4. First 48 hours

  1. Day 1. Gently rotate the reeds inside the bottle during the first day, without removing them.

  2. Day 2. Flip the reeds top to bottom and gently rotate them again.

This helps the reeds absorb evenly and brings the fragrance to a stable, predictable intensity. In the first days the scent also adapts to your home conditions such as temperature, humidity, and airflow.

5. Adjust the intensity

  1. Want it stronger. Use more reeds and flip a little more often.

  2. Want it softer. Use fewer reeds and flip less often.

  3. During the first days, check how the scent feels in the room and adjust until it matches your preferred level.

6. Ongoing care

Flip the reeds 1 time every 1 to 2 weeks.

7. When to top up

Top up when the liquid level becomes noticeably low and the diffusion feels softer than usual. Pour the next portion slowly using the same careful method.

8. Safety

  1. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

  2. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes and skin.

  3. If spilled, wipe immediately and clean the surface.
