Shipping

We deliver across the European Union and to selected countries outside the EU. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure product quality and safe transportation.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected shipping method:
• European Union: 3–7 business days
• Other countries: up to 30 days

Delivery times are estimates.
The exact delivery date will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders using:
• Omniva (parcel lockers and courier delivery, where available)
• DPD
• Postal service
• Other carriers upon request and by agreement with the customer

Available shipping options are displayed at checkout depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.
The final shipping cost is shown during checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, if provided by the carrier.

Customs & Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your package or items are damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.
